What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: for a quote request, your name, email, service, budget, message and any referral code; for a referral code, your name and email.
How it's handled
Quote requests are sent to our enquiry service, and referral sign-ups to our referral service, both hosted on Cloudflare. If the quote service is unavailable, the form opens your own email app instead. We use your details only to reply to you and run the referral program. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. Email is handled through our Gmail (Google) account. If you play or follow a YouTube video or link, Google (YouTube) handles that under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare and Google may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell your details.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, fix or delete your details at any time by emailing sovereignproductionsofficial@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Complaints
Email us first and we'll try to fix it. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
